My payment isn't being accepted

Our website accepts PayPal as well as Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards (we can not accept Discover Credit cards unfortunately).

We are based in Australia* which can result in some credit cards being declined if international transactions aren't enabled (particularly for debit cards and gift credit cards). You may need to double check that international transactions are enabled for your card.

If your payment is being declined but you are confident the details are correct you might need to contact your card provider for additional information.

*As we are based in Australia your transaction may incur an additional international transaction fee. The international transaction fee is charged by the banks independently of the retailer. The percentage you will pay is decided by your bank/payment method.
