There are a few different methods to copy files from your PC to a USB Flash Drive.
You first must ensure that your drive is connected to your PC, it should be displayed as an storage location under "This PC" within Windows File Explorer app:
Next locate the files you wish to copy, typically if you have just downloaded files from the internet they would be located within your "Downloads" folder:

Below I'll use an example of our "Patchwork Purse" design where I will transfer the 5x7 PES file to my USB Drive:

Now that I have located the file I can send it to my USB drive by right clicking on the file and selecting the "Send to" function:
Alternatively you can select the "Cut" (moves the original file) or "Copy" (duplicates the file) options to achieve the same result:
If you use Cut or Copy you will then need to navigate back to your USB Flash drive, right click in the empty window and select the "Paste" option:
Your file should now be located on your USB drive if this was successful.
